Jodie McDougal is an attorney at the Davis Brown Law Firm and represents commercial and residential construction industry clients: general contractors, architecture and design firms, subcontractors, suppliers, and property owners. She assists with all aspects of construction projects: pre-contract negotiations, construction contract preparation and review, and risk management. She acts as general counsel and helps with contract amendments, change orders, payment issues, AIA claims, and punch list issues.
